The Certificate of Academic Cooperation
Inter American University, located in New York, is an American educational institution admitted by National Ministry of Education. The official website is: www.iauniversity.us Inter American University has academic cooperation with many universities in China, and the certificate awarded by IAU is also recognized by national ministry of education of China. Since all teachers from North America, the atmosphere of English-speaking only, the original English textbooks and over 850 classes every year, Inter American University has asserted WECL's teaching quality and ability. Thus, IAU has cooperated academic program with WECL and authorized WECL to award the certificate of Inter American University. The certificate which is not gained in the headquarters in America is still not admitted by National Ministry of Education of China.
Every student studying in WECL will command excellent English skill and fluent speaking, as well as gaining the certificate awarded by IAU. It will be a smart choice for the people who are eager to obtain foreign certificate while does not have enough time or money to study aboard.

| 1, Part of the study of Marketing is engaged. There are every two weeks in summer and winter holidays for teaching, and the other time you study by yourselves. |
| 2, Two years' study of the English major is disengaged. The students study in WECL all the year around, and 85% of the tests are commanded by WECL you study in, and the 15% tests should be charged by Yantai University. |
3, The students who meet the requirements should apply for the admission as follows:
The first step: Sign up for admission; you should sign up on internet (http://www.sdzs.gov.cn) from July.25th to August, 23rd.
The second step: Asserting the information on website: you should take e-photos in Yantai after applying for admission on website. The date: August, 24th – Septembers, 2nd. The place: Laishan Region in Yantai. The third step: Take part in the adult entrance exam. The date: October, 13th and 14th. The adult entrance exam may not be difficult for fresh high school graduate. |
